Practical Support

About This Service
On July 6, 2025, Shema Humanitarian Service visited Kulda Community, an area severely affected by Boko Haram insurgency. The visit focused on assessing urgent needs and providing immediate support to vulnerable households.
The community has suffered extensive destruction, leaving families without food, shelter, and basic necessities. In response, our team distributed food and non-food items while also offering counseling support to individuals affected by trauma and displacement.
Beyond immediate relief, key needs identified include agricultural support such as seeds for farming, food assistance, and the development of essential infrastructure including a place of worship. The community expressed deep gratitude for the intervention and emphasized the importance of sustained support for long-term recovery.
Shema Humanitarian Service remains committed to partnering with stakeholders and donors to provide continued assistance and restore hope to the Kulda Community.
