Financial Support

About This Service
Shema Humanitarian Service (SHEMA) successfully implemented a Widows Support Program at Gombi 1 Primary School to honor and support vulnerable widows, referred to as our “Golden Mothers.”
The initiative focused on providing relief assistance, restoring hope, and promoting dignity for widows facing financial hardship, increased responsibilities, and emotional challenges. Through this program, beneficiaries received essential support items alongside free health check-ups and health education sessions.
The outreach was carried out in an organized and respectful manner, ensuring that every beneficiary felt valued and supported. Many widows expressed deep gratitude, noting that the intervention brought timely relief and renewed confidence in their ability to move forward.
Beyond immediate support, the program strengthened community collaboration and raised awareness about the importance of caring for vulnerable women. SHEMA remains committed to expanding financial and empowerment initiatives to uplift more widows and help them achieve sustainable livelihoods.
